Shipping Policy
This policy applies to orders placed for the United States market. Standard shipping is free.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. After an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is 4–6 business days. The combined estimated delivery window is therefore normally 5–8 business days, although carrier disruptions, weather, peak periods, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the contact information supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact Support@feastablex.shop or 6129649699. We will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution under our Refund Policy.
Free standard outbound shipping does not reduce the 30-day no-reason return right. For every approved no-reason return or exchange, Feastables also pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.
